How to return an item(s) from my order for a refund?
You can return the item(s) to the address stated on the return form available with our
support team. Please fill in the form and include this in your package. We are not able
to process returns without the proper information.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and correct packaging for
them to be accepted. They must be in perfect condition, unwashed and unworn.
If any of these requirements are not met, we will not be able to refund your money.
To ship your return parcel to us, select a carrier at your local post office and use the
following address:

You can ship back multiple returns in one box, as long as you include the correct return
forms for each order.
How long do I have to make a return?
You can make a return within the next 7 calendar days since receipt of your order as
per UAE law.
Who covers the return cost?
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). In case of defective or
incorrect item, please contact us.
When will I receive the refund?
As soon as our warehouse receives your returned package and processes it, we’ll issue
a refund to the same bank account you used to make the purchase. The refund can
take up to 14 working days depending on your bank.
What if my return package gets lost in transit?
Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse,
so make sure they're packaged properly and can't get damaged on the way.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, make sure that
you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

How can I make an exchange?
At the moment, we do not support immediate exchanges, but if you wish to make an
exchange, contact us via our Help Center and we’ll help you with the steps that will follow.
